Many
times you, as our valued readers, have been asked to use the "contact
us" link located on a tab near the top of our web page. We are always
sensitive to your opinions and appreciate any suggestions you may have.
Before we publish a story, we sit down and ask ourselves, "What will our
readers think about this?" Sometimes, the letters are negative. At
times, we even get what you might call "hate mail". Usually,
however, the mail we get is very positive and reassuring. I thought I'd
take a moment or two to pass along a few of our most "positive" letters
this month. The following three were addressed to Orville K. Bass, who
always generates lots of positive feedback. We are always looking for
