UFO Lands at Lakeside Golf Course

The Greene County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that what appears to be an alien UFO has landed on the number nine green at Lakeside Golf Course in rural Greene County. They are, however, refusing to discuss details regarding its arrival or departure, or where it came from, for that matter. Apparently there have been no communications with the spacecraft and golfers are giving it a wide berth.

There is currently no projected date on when the craft will either leave or be removed from the course. Early last week seven National Guard trucks were called to the scene. All seven trucks were immediately disintegrated. The National Guard has not returned any calls for assistance since that time. Their phone number now has a recorded message stating that they are "out of town" on business and do not know when they might be available to return calls.

This has not prevented local golfers from enjoying their favorite pastime, however. Thursday's best ball tournament went off as scheduled, with hole number nine becoming a par 7, as golfers found it necessary to play around the spacecraft without disturbing it. Three deaths were recorded.
